Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 14 March 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tethyr Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Tethyr Cloud is a B2B agent federation platform that enables organisations to publish, discover, and subscribe to AI agent capabilities. Tethyr provides the commercial trust layer including access control, token management, and usage metering.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform. We will notify waitlisted users when early access becomes available. Waitlist sign-up is free and does not create a binding agreement to use the Service.

4. User accounts

When the platform launches, users must register with a valid work email and provide accurate organisation information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Publisher responsibilities

Publishers are solely responsible for the agent capabilities they list, including their accuracy, availability, and compliance with applicable laws. Publishers must ensure their endpoints meet the availability and performance standards described in their capability listings.

6. Subscriber responsibilities

Subscribers must use capabilities in accordance with the access tier terms. Subscribers must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer capabilities, or use them for unlawful purposes.

7. Data and privacy

Agent data flows directly between publishers and subscribers. Tethyr does not access the content of agent requests or responses. Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Tethyr Cloud and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tethyr and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Publishers retain ownership of their agent capabilities. Subscribers retain ownership of their data.

9. Limitation of liability

Tethyr Cloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tethyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Tethyr is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party agent capabilities listed on the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
