Tethyr Cloud ("Tethyr", "we", "us") operates the tethyr.cloud website and the Tethyr Cloud B2B agent federation platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Information we collect
Waitlist sign-up: When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and optionally your name, company, and intended role (publisher/subscriber). We do not collect payment information at this stage.
Platform usage: When you use the Tethyr Cloud platform, we collect account information (email, organisation name, domain), API usage metrics, and technical logs necessary to operate the service.
Automatically collected: We may collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to improve our service.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to: communicate about early access and product updates; operate and improve the Tethyr Cloud platform; provide customer support; comply with legal obligations.
4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in AWS infrastructure in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: AWS (infrastructure provider, under their data processing agreement); service providers who assist in operating our platform; law enforcement when required by law.

6. Agent data flows

Tethyr Cloud operates as a federation layer. Agent capability data flows directly between publishers and subscribers (peer-to-peer). Tethyr validates access tokens and tracks usage metrics but does not access, store, or process the content of agent requests or responses.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@tethyr.cloud. If you are on the waitlist, you can request removal and we will delete your entry.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
